| The R2M exclusively features top-quality products. Such products are purchased directly from wine makers and traders selected on the basis of their strict quality control processes. Basic features of each product are featured on our website by means of individual product cards. We meet all legal requirements as to best before date verification and storage conditions.
Images and colors of products, however, may differ from actual colors due to limitations related to the Web browser or the computer monitor used. If a product is not deemed as good for consumption, please notify us within eight days of receiving the product by means of registered mail with return receipt made out to: R2M srl , via Luigi Rava 43, 00149 Rome (Italy). The product will have to be returned to R2M, and will be replaced by an exact same product. In case a replacement of the returned product is temporarily unavailable, R2M will refund the cost of the product by bank wire to the customer.
