| La storia del laboratorio di cioccolato inizia nel 1946 e negli anni 80 Giuseppe Gobino comincia ad occuparsi realmente della produzione del cioccolato finissimo. la ricerca inizia su prodotti tipici torinesi come il gianduiotto e la crema Gianduja da spalmare.
Nel 2003 il laboratorio viene completamente rinnovato, la tecnologie e l'innovazione si mischiano alla ricetta del cioccolato finissimo per creare dei prodotti sempre più particolare per un pubblico raffinato e che ama la purezza del sapore. |
