Pasta and Pizzoccheri we produce are different from all other similar products on the market because the manufacturing process is made by artisanal methods that characterize them and make them virtually equal to the product made fresh at home. The product is in fact obtained by rolling (the technical term is rolling), while the pasta often use the method of extrusion. Our procedure allows to obtain a product more porous and therefore more comparable with the seasonings that are used in the preparation of dishes.
