The mushroom saguin "is a typical Ligurian fungus. Mushrooms SANTAMARIA are stored in extra virgin olive oil produced domestically. The cooking of mushrooms, is practiced with spices and vegetables, according to traditional recipes from Liguria. Dried mushrooms, however, are processed in dryer oron the sun and are ideal preparations in various sauces and condiments presenting a very intense aroma and flavor.
