| Grappa is a distilled product derived exclusively from wine produced from grapes and wine in Italy or in certain well-defined areas of Switzerland. It can have an alcohol content between 37.5% and 60% vol, reached directly, or by adding demineralized water in the right proportion to the product of distillation.
