Tequila produced 100% exclusively from tequilana Weber blue agave juice. Espolono is produced artisanally, from a single tenuta, using the latest technology. A superior Tequila in which the phases of production and executed with the maximum care directly in the region of origin of the precious blues agaves. The finest young agave plants are carefully selected and ripened for 10 years. During the harvest, the head of the plant is cut off to be macerated in order to obtain the juice that is used in the fermentation process. It is double distilled and aged for 8 years in white wood casks from Canada
View: Luminous and golden yellow.
Perfume: Fruit such as cherries, pears and delicately fragranced peach. Subtle harmony of vanilla, burnt caramel with discrete and elegant tones of cask wood.
Taste: Like silk agave fruit tones are delightfully perceptible leaving a its pronounced flavour on the tongue.
